English School of Business (ESB) is independent private educational institution, founded in 2000, and offers the following licensed programs:

For each of these programs ESB is accredited by its partner.

Lectures are held in English language, exams evaluated abroad, and diplomas awarded by above mentioned educational institutions.

Undergraduate Professional (Vocational) Studies

For those who seek career in Management or Marketing, we offer two-year professional studies in these areas, after which student gains The Graduate Diploma in Management/Marketing.


After achieving this level diploma, student has the possibility to:

  • continue the studies in UK for one more year and obtain British Bachelor Diploma, which is recognized all over the world,  
  • continue toward MBA diploma at our school (Edinburgh Business School Master of Business Administration Program).

We designed the program in dynamic way, by dividing the school year in trimesters. Examination session starts at the end of each trimester. Exam papers come directly from Institute of Commercial Management, exam is supervised by the invigilator, students have 3 hours to answer the questions in essay form, after which their work is being dispatched to UK for evaluation. In 12 weeks they receive the results from ICM, and those who were successful get their diplomas accordingly.

The EBS Master of Business Administration program is specifically designed to provide an intellectually demanding and rigorous program that enables you to study when and where you wish and to take examinations anywhere in the world. MSc Human Resource Management
This program is aimed at professional managers, both those already working in the field of 'people management' and those who see their careers developing in that direction. The program is designed to help managers develop the strategic, functional and personal competences required to meet the increasingly demanding roles of HR, whatever their present level of experience.

In addition to core HR concepts and techniques, the program addresses the increasingly important interfaces between HR and other key business functions, including marketing and communications, information and communications technologies and knowledge management. Managing across these interfaces is seen as an important way in which HR can meet the key strategic aims of organisations.

MSc Marketing
The MSc in Marketing equips students with the necessary knowledge of the key concepts, tools and techniques of marketing. The emphasis of the program is on developing students' ability to apply this knowledge effectively and on producing marketing professionals who can add value to their organisations through their ability to solve marketing problems and make informed decisions in complex and dynamic markets.

MSc Financial Management
The MSc in Financial Management is targeted at finance professionals and other professionals who want to develop a career in finance, and who require a wide-ranging understanding of financial techniques and their application – but do not require high-level mathematical understanding of finance theories.

The MSc offers specialist study in the areas of corporate finance, investments and risk management. It will give students a relevant practical knowledge of finance that can be put into use straight away. The MSc will provide a strong preparation for a career in a wide variety of positions within the finance profession.

Passes are required in five core courses: and four elective courses.

Designed for executives who want to apply detailed understanding of business strategy and research tools to their organisations. Whereas a PhD will develop professional researchers, this DBA will enable you to use research methods to define, implement and evaluate the strategies necessary for your business.

The DBA consists of a Study element and a Research element.

The courses in the Study element will demonstrate that you have mastered the skills and expertise of strategic focus.

The core courses will enable you to: You also have to complete three more subject-based courses of your choice, and three courses to develop your research expertise and understanding. The courses are assessed by examination as and when you are ready for assessment.

Elective courses: Alliances and Partnerships, Corporate Governance, Leadership, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Negotiation.

For the Research element, you work under the direction of an appointed Edinburgh Business School supervisor to carry out appropriate data collection and analysis and design a suitable research method to test the research hypothesis. You must derive a clear set of conclusions, and formally submit a 45,000 word final thesis for examination.
